This is a festival for everyone. No previous dance experience is required. All bodies and levels are welcome.
Whirling is an ancient Sufi technique, where you whirl on the spot with your arms outstretched. Accompanied by musicians playing traditional Sufi music, Dhyana will share a space for you to learn and experience this active meditation that helps the mind to relax, moving you into a soft, and silent space – the very center of your being.
Dance Alchemy is an opportunity to explore life issues and transform the emotions behind it. With movement and presence we allow things that are hidden in the unconscious mind to be revealed,
expressed and felt. Allowing ourselves to feel, we become more grounded in our bodies. Our sensitivity, resilience, and capacity to be more present in daily life expands, no matter the
situation.
This workshop supports you with a guided exploration of your inner world through dance, presence and acceptance. A way to transform and to free blocked energy into aliveness and celebration.
In a light trance, combining let go with alertness, explore and befriend your bodymind‘s creative and self-healing energies. Sitting or lying down, you will be guided into a space of relaxed awareness using gentle soothing music and spaces of silence.
The session is based on the meditative therapy OSHO Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind.
Founder and organizer of the Conscious Dance Festival®, Dhyana (born in Colombia, based in Berlin) is a passionate meditator and dancer with a vast experience in different meditation techniques,

OSHO Meditative Therapies, and facilitates Whirling workshops, initiating others in this ancient tradition.
Dhyana is as well the creator of Whirling in Berlin, and OSHO Colombia. She travels the world offering spaces and courses for those who wish to have an experience of meditation in
movement.
The 5Rhythms are a Moving Meditation created by Gabrielle Roth, dancer, artist, and "Urban Shaman." They provide us with different maps that explain all of life, including ourselves, from the perspective of movement (waves, patterns, rhythms).
In our session, we will have the opportunity to get to know ourselves better through dancing these maps, through our own movements. We will experience inner feelings, authenticity, and
individuality; express emotions; let go of old patterns and tension; expand consciousness; and feel union and oneness: "I am part of something bigger than just myself."
Eva is a certified teacher of the 5Rhythms Moving Meditation, developed by Gabrielle Roth. She received her certification in 2016 after 12 years of deep immersion in the practice, studying with many different teachers around the world.
Eva is also a professional yoga teacher, therapist, artist, and facilitator of cacao ceremonies.
Eva believes that her path is, above all, a spiritual journey, where the arts, healing, and movement are intertwined like a woven thread. These elements create tools for union, helping individuals connect more deeply with their true selves and live in alignment with their authentic desires.
Remembering oneself is the most profound act we can do as human beings, but what is it and how do we do it? The Armenian mystic George I. Gurdjieff, an adept of the ancient Sufi schools of the Middle East, created a series of polyrhythmic, counterintuitive and ritualistic movements that require a very special quality of attention, demanding a deeper emotional and bodily connection we rarely exercise in daily life. The music, as well as the group structure, act as essential tools to include this emotional intelligence along with our movement and intellect. This method cultivates our ability to feel what we are doing, not with a fragmented attention and will, but totally and from an authentic and sincere center of gravity that emanates from our essence and soul.
Tea ceremony allows us to be nourished by both the chi (vital energy) of the tea and the tradition itself - steeped in thousands of years in China of gathering around a hot brew and connecting with each other in silent presence. Through our senses we invite consciousness to every step of this graceful ceremony. We can let the dust settle from our minds and busy lives and allow a deeper, more still voice within ourselves to guide and replenish us.
Ananda has been a student of the Gurdjieff Movements since 2013 under the tutelage of his teachers Amiyo Devienne and Chetan Greenberg . Amiyo’s teacher was Avrom Altman from the J.G. Bennet
lineage of Gurdjieff disciples. Ananda has been teaching the Movements around the world since 2018 and is based in Mexico City. This practice is an integral part of his self-inquiry and
continuous exploration of wisdom, meditation, energy, and stillness through movement.
His journey with Gurdjieff's teachings started with Osho, and much of the way he leads groups is informed by Osho’s methods, wisdom, and understanding of meditation. Since 2018 he is a student
and practitioner of Daoist methods and teachings such as qigong, taichi, and kung fu. The nature-based, uncomplicated and earthy wisdom of Daoism is also a great influence in how Ananda
leads Gurdjieff Movements groups.
